TRYBE and Rezcontrol Partner to Give Hotel Spa Guests a Seamlessly Connected Booking Experience
TRYBE, the leading operational platform for spa, leisure and activity bookings, has partnered with Rezcontrol, a hotel property management system (PMS) and direct booking engine provider, to give hotels a fully connected guest journey, from the very first moment of booking, right through to checkout.
The integration links TRYBE's spa management platform directly with the Rezcontrol PMS and brings spa, leisure and activity treatments into the Rezcontrol direct booking engine on a hotel's own website. Guests can now browse rooms, add a spa treatment, reserve a restaurant table, select pre-arrival extras and upgrades, and pay for everything in a single transaction, before they even pack a bag.
Historically, hotels with spas have relied on separate booking systems for rooms and treatments, meaning guests had to visit a separate page, call the spa team, or wait until arrival to book - and every extra step risked a dropped booking. Behind the scenes, spa and hotel teams worked from systems that didn't talk to each other, requiring manual reconciliation, duplicate data entry, and leaving room for error on guest folios and financial reports.
The new integration removes both problems at once. Guests can build a spa package or a bespoke stay entirely within the Rezcontrol direct booking engine, adding treatments, restaurant reservations (via compatible table booking software such as Favourite Table) and Giftpro voucher redemptions to the same transaction as their room. All bookings and payments processed through TRYBE sync automatically to Rezcontrol at the end of each day, so hotel accounts stay accurate without manual reconciliation, and spa, leisure and activity spend feeds directly into each guest's record on the PMS. For hotel groups running multiple spa, leisure or activity operations through TRYBE, the integration delivers the same consistent, reliable syncing across every property.
