The Bath House's requirements differ from those of a typical spa, and TRYBE software was the first, and only booking system that fit the specific requirements. The Bath House wanted a software to provide an all-in-one solution that facilitated online bookings for all aspects of the packages. Whether guests book the standard, classic, or premium package, there are multiple parts to an experience at The Bath House; from the use of banya facilities, to dining, to a treatment, to a parenie ritual.

Prior to TRYBE, all bookings were taken manually whether over the phone or via email; this was therefore, time consuming for the team and open to human error. Now, guests can seamlessly book their entire package online, at a time and place that works for them. In 2022, TRYBE saved teams 312 weeks from admin, answering calls, and battling with out-of-date tech.
