TRYBE, the cloud-based spa, activity, and leisure management platform designed for the hospitality industry, has announced a new partnership with VIPS PMS, a leading property management system (PMS) for hotels and resorts. The integration is designed to streamline operations, enhance the guest experience, and improve staff efficiency across hospitality businesses.

Traditionally, hotel and spa operations have relied on separate systems, often requiring staff to manually transfer spa and leisure charges into the hotel PMS. This process can be time-consuming and prone to errors. The new integration between TRYBE and VIPS CloudPMS removes these inefficiencies by automating the transfer of charges and payments between the two platforms.

With the integration in place, all room and non-room charges, including spa treatments and activities, recorded in TRYBE are automatically reflected in VIPS CloudPMS in real time. Payments processed through TRYBE are also synced back to the PMS, eliminating duplicate data entry and reducing administrative workload.

By removing manual processes and improving data accuracy, the integration enables hospitality teams to focus less on operational tasks and more on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

VIPS PMS Representative: “By automating the flow of charges and payments between VIPS CloudPMS and TRYBE, we’re removing operational friction and giving hospitality teams a faster, more reliable way to manage guest spending. This partnership not only improves efficiency behind the scenes but also delivers a smoother, more seamless experience for guests. It’s an important step toward our vision of a fully connected platform for modern hospitality operators.”

Ricky Daniels, Co-Founder of TRYBE, added: "We’re delighted to launch our integration with VIPS CloudPMS, a platform that shares our vision of simplifying hospitality operations through smart, scalable technology. Together, we’re helping operators reduce manual processes, gain greater operational clarity, and save valuable time. The capabilities available today already deliver meaningful benefits, and the roadmap ahead will unlock even more value for both hospitality teams and their guests."
