Ilkka has a curious mind and is driven to improve people’s lives through technology. Prior to founding Trybe, he worked across all continents in leadership roles and technology law with Nokia and Clifford Chance. Ilkka loves food, and he was often frustrated by the difficulty in finding authentic dishes that would fit into his busy schedule. He believed that good quality, home-cooked meals should be available to everyone, everywhere. Trybe is the realization of that vision.

Leo loves building digital services that impact everyday lives positively and has been doing it successfully for the past five years. At Trybe he makes sure the product does what users want (and a bit more). While completing his Master's degree in Finance and IT, he also broadened his horizons by studying Entrepreneurship in Canada. His passion is making the world smaller, friendlier and tastier.

Simo is passionate about technology, and is in charge of building Trybe into a scalable and user-friendly platform. Before joining Trybe he worked with major industry players such as Nokia and ran his own company. Although he spends most of his time hacking code so clean you could eat off it, he’s got a definite soft spot for fine wine and various culinary delights.
Chief Culinary Officer
Maria works hand in hand with cooks to ensure that Trybe users always find most delicious local food. From community onboarding to helping to expand their cooking skills, Maria supports Trybe cooks every step of the way. She earned her Grande Diplome of Cuisine and Pastry in Paris - the highest culinary achievement at Le Cordon Bleu – and is now bringing her expertise and experience to help Trybe’s users get the best from local cooks.
As Trybe’s Growth Hacker, Clara focuses on growth strategy, user acquisition, all things marketing and is determined to make Trybe the best thing since tabbed browsing. Before working with Trybe, she was a growth mentor at EDGE Edtech, Kaplan and Techstar’s educational technology accelerator in NYC and was named one of the Top 20 Growth Hackers to follow on The Next Web.
Taavi is a multidisciplinary designer who feels just as comfortable creating wireframes as he does writing CSS. As Trybe's Product Designer he's responsible for creating an enticing interface that effortlessly connects talented cooks to hungry punters. When he’s not hunched over his desk sketching down ideas and prototyping new designs, he is most likely to be found experimenting with sound and making various types of noise in his studio.
Ana works hand in hand with the cooks, from taking mouthwatering pictures to making videos that tell a story, and always making the food look as good as it tastes. She manages the foodie communities in order to make everyone feel welcome and at home. While doing a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management, she worked at the National Museum of Colombia. She enjoys good food, good conversation and good wine.
