FAQ

I’m not happy with a review, can I change/reply to it?

Absolutely! We encourage you to actively communicate and engage with the community, and use their feedback to become the best cook in your patch!

Will people be able to post a public review of my food?

Yes, they can leave a star rating (from 1 to 5) as well as additional comments and feedback if they want to share more about their experience with the Trybe community.

My dish is not going to be ready on time, what do I do?

Cooks have full control of the order status. We will give the person who orders an estimate based on historical data, but you’re the one who specifies when a meal is ready for pick-up.

What happens if someone is not happy with a dish I cooked?

We encourage users to review dishes, and hope that constructive feedback will help you become an even better cook!

Do you take a commission on the dishes I sell? How Much?

Yes, we do take a small commission on each dish sold through Trybe. The amount is proportional to the cost of the dish.

How does the verification process work?

Selling your dishes on Trybe is easier than flogging your stuff on eBay, and much more fun! During our beta launch our friendly team will be handling the vetting process personally, taking you through every step and making sure you have all you need to get started. After the commercial launch in June we’ll also be adding online questionnaires, videos and tutorials on food preparation and hygiene to support our new cooks as the community grows.
