TRYBE Portal, allows guests to book their spa packages, treatments, and activities, at a time and place that’s best for them. Once the booking has been checked out, they will receive a secure link for them and their guests to book their amenities.
Research has found that 45% of people surveyed prefer to arrive at a time that suits them, rather than a time that is dictated to them by the spa; TRYBE Portal allows guests to feel like they have control over these details from small parts of their experience like whether they’d like a juice or a prosecco on arrival, to big details such as their treatment type and arrival time.
